1

Get your free accounts

Create a free Make account, plus a Google account and a Slack workspace. All three are free to set up.

2

Build the sample scenario

The official first scenario watches a Google Sheet for new prospect rows and sends a Slack message to the sales team. Add Google Sheets as the trigger, connect your account, then add Slack as the next module.

3

Test it with Run once

Click Run once in the Scenario Builder toolbar, then add a row to your sheet. The button turns into Stop while the scenario runs.

4

Mind the limits

Each team can create up to 100 scenarios a day, and one scenario can be at most 2 MB. Once it works, schedule the scenario so it runs on its own.
