Using AI Agents Daily means you accept what is on this page. It is written in plain English on purpose, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

What this site is

AI Agents Daily is a free directory of AI agents, skills, tools and MCP servers, a weekly brief, a weekly email, and a playground where you can run agents in the browser. It is not a marketplace. No money moves between you and anything listed here, and we do not process payments on anyone's behalf.

What it costs

Reading is free and needs no account. Running agents is free too, up to six runs a day per account, and agents built on Claude have their own separate allowance of ten Claude runs a day. Those caps exist because every model call costs us money, and there is a ceiling on what the free tier spends in total each day, so the site can run out before you do. Running an agent needs an account - it is the only way to count runs fairly.

What the AI gives you is a draft

The models here get things wrong. The job audit is an estimate produced by a language model, not career advice, and the score is not a prediction about your job. Read what comes back, check anything that matters before you act on it, and make your own call. The same goes for whatever an agent writes for you.

Your side of it

• Do not use the agents to produce anything illegal, or anything meant to harass or deceive someone.
• Do not hammer the site with automated requests, or scrape it in a way that costs us money.
• Do not resell what the free tier gives you as your own paid service.
• One person, one free allowance. Making extra accounts to get past the daily cap is not on.

Who owns what

What you type stays yours, and so does what the model writes back for you. We do not claim it and we do not keep a copy.

The writing, the curation, the directory structure and the design of this site are ours. Quote us and link back and that is fine. Copying whole pages, or passing our writing off as your own, is not.

The tools we list belong to other people

Everything in the directory is somebody else's product. We choose what goes in it, and a listing is not an endorsement. We do not run those tools, we cannot fix them, and we are not responsible for what they charge you or what they do with your data. Their terms apply there, not ours. Listings can also go out of date, so check the source before you buy or deploy anything.

Accounts

You can read the site without one; the Playground is the exception, because running an agent needs an account and that is where the sign-in happens. If you make one, keep your sign-in to yourself. We can close an account that is being used to abuse the service.

No promises about uptime

This is a free site run by a small team. It can go down, a feature can break, and a page can be wrong. We fix things when we can. Nothing here comes with a warranty, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for what you lose by relying on it.

Changes

We can change these terms. If the change matters, the date at the top changes and we say so in the weekly email. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new version.
