Privacy Policy

This page says what we collect, when we collect it, and who else ends up seeing it. It covers the website, the weekly email, and the agents you can run here.

The short version

• You can read this site without an account. The one exception is the Playground, where agents actually run - it asks you to sign in first.
• There is no Google Analytics here, no ad network, and no third-party tracker of any kind.
• We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not hand it to anyone outside the services listed further down that we need to run the site.

If you only read

Ordinary web traffic does reach us. Loading a page asks our servers for the page itself, and some pages also ask our backend for headlines, card photos, or the subscriber count. Every one of those requests carries what any web request carries: your network address and your browser's technical details, which our hosting providers record in standard server logs. We do not use those logs to identify you, build profiles from them, or join them to anything else. Your browser keeps a few things on your own machine so the site behaves: your Settings choices, whether the sidebar is open, your saved agent runs, and a short cache of headlines. None of that is sent anywhere. The typefaces load from our own host too, so no font company sees your visit.

If you subscribe to the weekly email

We store your email address, the date, and which page you subscribed from. It goes into our database at Supabase and it is used to send the weekly email. To come off the list, use the unsubscribe link in any issue or email us and we will remove you.

If you sign in

Signing in is optional for reading. Articles, guides and the whole directory work without an account. The Playground is the one page that asks you to sign in, because running an agent costs us a model call and an account is the only fair way to count runs. The job audit stays free without an account. You can use Google or a one-time link sent to your address. Supabase handles the sign-in itself and holds the session. What we hold is your email address and, if your provider passes one along, the profile photo that shows in the top corner. The site only ever displays a masked version of your email.

If you run an agent or the job audit

What you type goes to our server, which passes it to whichever company runs that model - Groq for most agents, Anthropic for the ones built on Claude. They return the answer and we hand it straight back to your browser. Neither the prompt nor the answer is written to a database on our side. The run history on your dashboard lives in your own browser and disappears if you clear your browsing data.

So that one person cannot use up the free capacity for everyone, our server counts how many runs you have made today. When you are signed in that count is tied to your account, not to your address. There is also a ceiling on what the free tier spends in total each day. Both counts sit in memory and reset daily. Nothing else about the request is kept.

If you add your own Groq key under Settings, the assistant chat box calls Groq straight from your browser using that key, and the key never reaches us. It stays in your browser. Runs in the playground still go through our server.

If you email us

Messages to ai@aiagentsdaily.org sit in that inbox. We do not copy them into a database and we do not forward them to anyone without asking you first.

The one thing we count

There is a single counter on this site. When you click certain links, or take one of three steps (run the job audit, open its What next plan, run an agent), we record which action it was, where it pointed, and which page you were on. The row we store carries no account, no address and no session id, so a click cannot be traced back to a person. You can switch it off under Settings, and that switch is stored in your own browser.

Cookies and browser storage

No advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. If you sign in, Supabase stores a session token so you stay signed in. Everything else is ordinary local storage on your machine. You can wipe all of it from your browser settings and the site still works.

Who else touches your data

Running this site means using other companies. Here is the full list and what each one sees:

• Supabase, our database and sign-in. Holds subscriber emails and account sessions.
• Groq, which runs most of the AI models. Sees the prompt when you run an agent or the job audit.
• Anthropic, which runs the Claude models behind some agents. Sees the prompt when you run one of those.
• Firecrawl, which gathers the source material behind the weekly brief, the weekly email and the job listings. It sees our research queries and never sees you.
• Pexels, which supplies the photos on article cards. Our server fetches them, so your browser never talks to Pexels and Pexels never sees you.
• No font company: the typefaces this site uses are served from our own host, so your browser never asks Google or anyone else for them.
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send: the welcome email when you subscribe, and the weekly email. It sees your email address and the message, because that is what delivery is. Subscribing and unsubscribing run on our own server, and the list itself lives in Supabase.
• Railway and Vercel, which host the backend and the website.

How long we keep it

Subscriber emails stay on the list until you ask to come off, and then we take them off. Prompts are not stored at all, so there is nothing to keep. Click counts carry nothing personal and have no expiry set.

What you can ask us to do

Email ai@aiagentsdaily.org and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no ticket number. It is a small team reading the same inbox.

Children

This site is not built for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change something that matters, the date at the top changes and we say so in the weekly email.
