Turn a chat into a Notion page
After brainstorming in conversation, ask the assistant to create a new Notion page under your Projects area with the ideas organised into headings, bullet points, and a next-steps checklist.
Update a tracker database
Ask it to find your Tasks database, mark the three items you just finished as Done, and add a new row for next week's deadline with the right date and priority properties.
Weekly review summary
Have it read every page edited in your workspace this week (among those shared with it) and produce a short digest of what changed, written into a new Weekly Review page.

Official server
The server sees only pages and databases explicitly shared with your integration; everything else in the workspace is invisible. Read, update, and insert are separate capability toggles on the integration, so you can grant read-only access and add write later.
