Look up a customer's history
Give the assistant an email address and ask for that customer's subscriptions, recent charges, and any failed payments: a support lookup that normally takes several dashboard pages.
Draft and send an invoice
Describe the work and amount, and have the assistant create the invoice with line items, ready to finalize and send to the customer.
Process a refund with context
Ask it to find a specific payment, confirm the amount and customer with you, then issue a full or partial refund once you say go.

Official server
The server can do exactly what its API key permits, including moving real money if you give it a live, unrestricted key. Use test-mode or restricted keys, enable only the tools you need, and treat refund and invoice creation as actions to confirm by hand.
