How this audit works
1. We split your job into tasks
You type your role. You can add your daily tasks, your industry and your level. An AI language model turns the role into 4 to 6 everyday tasks. Each task gets a number from 0 to 100: how much of it AI can do today.
2. What "exposure" means
The big score is the share of your usual work that today's AI can do or help with. It is not the chance you lose your job. It is not a forecast for your company or your team. A high number means many tasks can be sped up. The "stays human" part shows the other side: judgment, trust and hands-on work.
3. Where the numbers come from
Your own answers. Five example roles we scored by hand, which keep the model's scores in line. This site's own list of live agents and guides, which is what the audit recommends from. The "What next" tab runs one live web search and links to the pages it read. If the live audit is down, a built-in word list gives a rough estimate, and the report says so. The scores on Compare with peers and on the profession pages are hand-set examples, not audit results.
